We have more management changes at American Airlines, American Eagle
Airbus has put its new A350 XWB twinjet through its entire flight envelope and tested all key systems, as it prepares to fly its second test aircraft in September.
Word has it the AA A319 aircraft will be configured with 8 first class seats, 18 seats in coach with extra legroom and 102 seats in the regular coach section. This allows for a seating capacity of 128.
Currently, US operates their A319 aircraft with a passenger capacity of 124 – 12 in first class & 112 in coach. It appears the existing US A319s will be reconfigured to match AA, except for the IFE systems.
The A319s will use the new Slim Line Seats.
